PV Hotel Collection is the European distributor for Pikolin Contract, the hotel division of the Pikolin Group. Under the name ArenasCollection, the Pikolin Contract hotel collection is offered alongside beds and mattresses from the Bjorn brand a 85-year house brand of PV Hotel Collection’s parent company, as well as high-quality bed and bath linen.

By accessing and using the website, the customer expressly agrees to these general and sales terms. These sales terms are agreed upon between P.V. Hotel Collection CV on one hand and Internet users who purchase a product via this website on the other.
Article 1. Customer Service

Article 2. Scope of Application
2.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “terms”) of P.V. Hotel Collection, with registered office at Gladiolenlaan 13, 2840 Rumst, Belgium, company number 0803.649.255, apply to all offers, orders, deliveries, agreements, and other documents that may give rise to commitments for ArenasCollection.
2.2 These terms apply unless a written agreement to the contrary has been expressly concluded. Other arrangements, in particular the customer’s own general terms, shall not form part of the agreement even if ArenasCollection does not expressly object to them.
2.3 By entering into the contract, the customer declares that they have taken note of and accept these terms.
2.4 If a deviation from these terms or a special agreement is expressly agreed in writing, the remaining provisions of these terms shall continue to apply.
Article 3. Our Products
3.1 All products offered by ArenasCollection are described and depicted as completely and accurately as possible and in good faith.
3.2 Offers are valid for the period stated on the website, or, if no period is specified, for 30 calendar days. Product prices apply as shown on the website.
If, despite all precautions, an error occurs on our website, the customer may contact the site administrator at hello@arenascollection.com, and the error will be corrected.
ArenasCollection cannot be held liable for any (direct or indirect) damage resulting from the use of information on the website, unless such damage is due to our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
3.3 All products offered by ArenasCollection comply with Belgian law. Foreign buyers must consult the laws of their own country if they have any doubts about the legality of their purchase there.
3.4 ArenasCollection cannot under any circumstances be held liable if the products are used improperly or irresponsibly by the customer, nor for material or bodily harm to third parties resulting from incorrect and/or unlawful use of the products offered on this site.
Article 4. Prices and Shipping Costs
4.1 All prices quoted in offers and other documents are in euros and include VAT for EU countries. For purchases from non-EU countries, the VAT regime imposed by Belgian law applies.
4.2 Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and the postal code of the delivery address. Different rates apply per country and are automatically calculated for online orders.
4.3 For bed and mattress orders with delivery to non-EU countries, customized price quotations are provided. The customer must contact Customer Service to request a detailed quote including shipping costs, fuel surcharge, customs documentation fees, and other country-specific charges.
4.5 Customs clearance fees and any local taxes or duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier. These fees and duties do not appear on the website or in the provided quotation.
4.6 Smaller parcels and package shipments are sent via courier. These shipping costs are clearly indicated at checkout.
4.7 All transportation costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Article 5. The Order
5.1 The agreement is only concluded upon written confirmation of acceptance by ArenasCollection of the customer’s order, either via an order confirmation email or an automatic confirmation through the online ordering system.
Commencement of performance by ArenasCollection shall constitute confirmation unless stated otherwise. The customer must inform ArenasCollection in writing of all essential characteristics required for the goods at the time of ordering.
5.2 ArenasCollection reserves the right to refuse an order or to subject it to additional conditions.
5.3 By ordering on this site, the customer declares they are over 18 years of age and are responsible for their purchase.
Article 6. Payment Terms
6.1 Secure payment is central at ArenasCollection. We engage a certified company, Mollie (https://www.mollie.com),to process payments with 100% security. ArenasCollection personnel never see your credit card number.
6.2 The following payment methods are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, Bancontact, PayPal, iDEAL, and SEPA bank transfer. Upon receipt of payment, ArenasCollection sends the invoice to the customer via email. This document serves as proof of purchase and warranty.
6.3 In the event of non-compliance with agreed payment terms, all outstanding invoices and debts become immediately due, and ArenasCollection has the right, without any formal notice or court intervention, to suspend further deliveries and/or services or to consider the agreement terminated, without prejudice to its claim for compensation.
6.4 ArenasCollection is entitled at any time to offset any credit it holds against customers with debts owed by those customers, even in the event of simultaneous debts.
Article 7. Delivery
7.1 Purchased products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when ordering.
7.2 Any delivery times indicated by ArenasCollection are adhered to as much as possible but are only indicative and may be changed. The exact delivery date is communicated for each product after ordering.
7.3 The customer is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the delivery address. Incorrect information is the customer’s responsibility and may incur additional costs. ArenasCollection cannot be held liable if delivery fails due to wrong address details.
7.4 If the buyer orders multiple items, delivery will only occur once all items are in stock. If full delivery cannot take place within 30 working days, ArenasCollection will send out the unavailable item separately after this period.
7.5 In the event of stock depletion or if an item cannot be delivered within 8 weeks (56 days), ArenasCollection will contact the customer to agree on a delivery date or to cancel the order at no cost.
7.6 Any delay or change in delivery date cannot give rise to any compensation claim against ArenasCollection.
7.7 Loss or damage of an ordered product is the responsibility of ArenasCollection. The customer must inspect goods upon receipt and report any damage by email to hello@arenascollection.com within 2 working days. Failure to report within this period may result in rejection of the claim.
7.8 If the customer notices visible damage to the packaging upon delivery (tears, moisture spots, etc.), they must note on the delivery receipt: “Accepted under reservation due to damaged packaging,” including a description of the damage and the customer’s signature. Photos of the packaging before and after unpacking must be emailed to hello@arenascollection.com within 2 working days.
7.9 In cases of Article 7.7 damage, the customer must keep both the goods and all packaging materials available for insurer inspection. Only then can transport damage costs be reimbursed.
Article 8. Transport
8.1 Depending on package size, delivery is via courier service or a transport company selected by Pikolin Contract. ArenasCollection offers insured transport for purchased products using carriers approved by Pikolin Contract. All shipments are made by appointment and require a signature on delivery. Standard delivery is door-to-door. Other delivery or installation options are available upon request.
8.2 Deliveries are dispatched directly from Spain and always to ground level. The customer is responsible for transport to upper floors.
8.3 If delivery is impossible during certain periods due to customer absence, this must be stated when ordering.
Article 9. Force Majeure
9.1 If ArenasCollection cannot fulfill the order due to force majeure, including but not limited to accidents, fire, war, riots, floods, natural disasters, strikes, uprisings, illness, government measures, supplier delays, customer bankruptcy, internet outages, transport shortages, or supply disruptions, ArenasCollection has the right to terminate the agreement and will refund the customer in full.
9.2 If force majeure occurs after partial performance, ArenasCollection may invoice the portion already delivered separately, and the customer is obliged to pay it as if it were a separate agreement.
Article 10. Order Cancellation
10.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receipt. Cancellation must be communicated by email to hello@arenascollection.com.
10.2 Returned goods must be undamaged, unopened, and in original packaging, and must be shipped back within 5 working days of notification. The customer must include a copy of the invoice and a letter stating their full bank account details (IBAN and BIC).
10.3 Cancellation is not possible for custom-made goods clearly marked as such on the order.
10.4 Upon cancellation, ArenasCollection will refund the amounts paid, less direct delivery costs (shipping and order handling), within 30 days of acceptance of the return.
10.5 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. ArenasCollection will only reimburse these costs if the wrong item was delivered or the item arrived damaged.
10.6 ArenasCollection may refuse returned items or withhold refund if packaging has been opened or products used or damaged by the customer.
10.7 Returns are only accepted with prior authorization. Goods must be returned in original, undamaged packaging. Unauthorized returns are stored at the customer’s risk and expense.
10.8 The customer must ensure adequate postage. We recommend using an insured courier service. Unpaid or insufficiently paid shipments will be refused and returned to sender.

Article 12. Warranty
12.1 An extensive warranty against manufacturing defects applies to nearly all offered products, provided they are used correctly and normally. Light bulbs are not covered unless otherwise stated.
12.2 The warranty period is as follows:
• Pikolin Contract Warranty: Pikolin Contract offers a 3-year warranty based on the invoice date of the order. The warranty is decreasing, and only the first 2 years qualify for a full warranty.
• Warranty for other brands: According to the specific warranty conditions of each brand. These may vary in duration, coverage, and degressivity. Please consult the official warranty conditions of the relevant brand or the agreement concluded with the supplier.
12.3 Defects must be reported by registered letter within a reasonable time after discovery. To claim warranty, the customer must email hello@arenascollection.com. ArenasCollection will inform whether the warranty applies, and how and where to return the goods.
12.4 Warranty is limited to free repair (parts and labor) or replacement with an identical or equivalent product. It does not entitle the customer to terminate the agreement or claim damages.
12.5 The replaced or repaired product will be sent back to the customer as soon as possible.
Article 13. Intellectual Property Rights
13.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ArenasCollection retains copyright and all intellectual property rights to the website content, including trademarks, logos, drawings, data, product or company names, texts, and images.

14.1 Information on the website is of a general nature and not tailored to personal or specific circumstances. It does not constitute personal, professional, or legal advice.
14.2 ArenasCollection strives to ensure that website information is complete, accurate, and up to date. However, inaccuracies may occur. If any information is incorrect or unavailable, ArenasCollection will make every effort to correct it promptly.

14.4 Website content (including links) may be modified, updated, or supplemented at any time without notice.

Article 16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
16.1 Agreements between ArenasCollection and the customer are governed by Belgian law.
16.2 Any dispute shall be settled by the courts of Antwerp.
