PV Hotel Collection is the European distributor for Pikolin Contract, the hotel division of the Pikolin Group. Under the name ArenasCollection, the Pikolin Contract hotel collection is offered alongside beds and mattresses from the Bjorn brand a 85-year house brand of PV Hotel Collection’s parent company, as well as high-quality bed and bath linen.

By accessing and using the website, the customer expressly agrees to these general and sales terms. These sales terms are agreed upon between P.V. Hotel Collection CV on one hand and Internet users who purchase a product via this website on the other.

Article 4. Our Prices and Transport Costs

4.1. All prices mentioned in quotations and other documents are indicated in Euros and include VAT for EU countries. For all purchases from non-EU countries, the VAT regime imposed by Belgian legislation applies.

4.2. Transport costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and postal code of the delivery address. Different transport rates apply per country. Transport costs are automatically calculated for online orders.

4.3. For bed and mattress orders with delivery to non-EU countries, customized quotations are provided. The customer must contact customer service for this. ArenasCollection will provide the customer with a detailed quotation including transport cost, fuel surcharge, preparation of customs documents, and other country-specific charges.

4.5. Customs clearance costs and any local taxes and duties are entirely the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the transport company. These clearance costs, taxes, and duties are not displayed on the website nor included in the provided quotation.

4.6. Smaller parcels and package shipments are sent via courier service. These transport costs are also clearly indicated during the online order process.

4.7. All transport costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Article 7. Delivery

7.1. The purchased products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the order.

7.2. If delivery times are indicated by ArenasCollection, they will be followed as closely as possible. However, delivery times are indicative only and may be modified by ArenasCollection. The exact delivery date will be communicated to the customer for each product after the order.

7.3. The customer is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the provided delivery address. Incorrect delivery information is the responsibility of the customer and may result in additional costs. In case of errors in the recipient’s address details, ArenasCollection cannot be held liable for the inability to deliver the ordered products.

7.4. If the buyer orders multiple items, delivery will only proceed once all items are in stock. If the order cannot be delivered within 30 working days due to this, ArenasCollection will send the out-of-stock item separately after this period.

7.5. In case of stock depletion or if an item cannot be delivered within 8 weeks (56 days), ArenasCollection will contact the customer to agree on a delivery time or to cancel the order at no cost.

7.6. Delivery delays or changes to the delivery date can under no circumstances give rise to any form of compensation by ArenasCollection.

7.7. Loss and/or damage of an ordered product is the responsibility of ArenasCollection. The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt. In case of any damage, the customer must notify ArenasCollection within 2 working days via email at hello@arenascollection.com.

ArenasCollection reserves the right to reject the customer’s request if this deadline is not respected. Upon receipt of the damage report, ArenasCollection will provide the customer with instructions for the possible return of the goods.

7.8. If the customer notices upon delivery that the packaging is damaged (tears, moisture stains, etc.), this must be noted on the delivery slip as follows: “Subject to damage to packaging,” with a description of the damage and the customer’s signature. It is important to send photos of the packaging before and after unpacking within 2 working days via email to hello@arenascollection.com.

7.9. In the case of Article 7.7., the customer is obliged to keep both the goods and all packaging materials available for inspection by the insurer. Only in that case can the transport damage costs be reimbursed.

Article 8. Transport

8.1. Depending on the size of the package, delivery is made via courier service or a transport company selected by Pikolin Contract. ArenasCollection offers insured transport service for the purchased products. For this, transport companies and courier services selected by Pikolin Contract are used. All shipments are made with prior notification. The customer must always sign for receipt. Standard delivery is door-to-door. Other delivery and/or installation conditions can be offered separately upon request, if possible.

8.2. Delivery is made directly from Spain and is always provided at ground level. The customer is responsible for transport to higher floors.

8.3. If there is a period during which delivery is not possible due to the customer’s absence, this must be indicated when placing the order.
