Under the name ArenasCollection, both the Pikolin Contract hotel collection and beds and mattresses from the Bjorn brand—85-year house brand of PV Hotel Collection’s parent company—as well as high-quality bed and bath linen are offered.

By accessing and using the website, the customer expressly agrees to these general and sales terms and conditions. These sales terms and conditions are agreed between P.V. Hotel Collection CV on the one hand and Internet users who purchase a product via this website on the other.

Article 12. Warranty

12.1 An extensive warranty against manufacturing defects applies to nearly all products offered. These warranties only apply if the products have been used correctly and normally.

12.2 The warranty period is as follows:

  Pikolin Contract Warranty: Pikolin Contract offers a 3-year warranty based on the invoice date of the order. The warranty is decreasing, and only the first 2 years qualify for a full warranty.

  Warranty for other brands: According to the specific warranty conditions of each brand. These may vary in duration, coverage, and degressivity. Please consult the official warranty conditions of the relevant brand or the agreement concluded with the supplier.

12.3 Defects must be reported within a reasonable time by registered letter after the defect has been discovered or should have been discovered.

When the customer wishes to make a claim under a particular product warranty, they must first contact ArenasCollection by email at hello@arenascollection.com.

ArenasCollection will then inform the customer whether the warranty applies, and if so, for how long, as well as how and where the goods must be returned.

12.4 In any case, the warranty is limited to free repair (parts and labor) or replacement of the defective product with the same or another product of the same nature and price range. This cannot lead to the termination of the agreement or our payment of damages for any reason whatsoever.

12.5 The replaced or repaired product will be sent to the customer as soon as possible.
